The Company consists of several divisions - Estimating, Project Mgmt., Installation, Field Crews, Metal Stud Framing, Gypsum floor underlayment, Sprayed Fire Proofing and EIFS. Each division striving to ensure that the Customer, General Contractor, or Owner is ultimately satisfied with the service they are given. Tri-State Drywall Company is a full service contractor. We construct for large, medium and light commercial projects, including renovation work.
Our projects range from Educational, Industrial, Worship, Banking, Retail, Racing, Hospitality, Institutional, and Medical facilities.
Our Assistant Project Manager, Leanna Pencil, was recognized for her academic achievements on February 27th, 2023. During her time at Western Iowa Tech Community College, she was inducted into the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. Through this, she was nominated and awarded recognition in the 2023 Iowa All-State Academic Team presented by the Community Colleges for Iowa, the Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation, and Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. Leanna is very proud of her accomplishments and hard work that it took to achieve these heights.
Located at 6th & Nebraska Street, Sioux City, IA. Tri-State Drywall supplied labor and material for cold-formed metal framing, thermal insulation, EIFS, firestopping, gypsum board assemblies, non-structural metal framing, and acoustical ceilings. This project took one year to complete.
