Tri-State Drywall is the Siouxland area experts in commercial drywall. We have applied millions of gypsum-based products over the last 40 years on commercial construction including schools, hospitals, assisted living/nursing home facilities, and US Government facilities. We self-perform most of our drywall applications and finishing. From exterior curtain wall cold-formed framing to structural mezzanines to a simple store infill, we have the experience to help design or build your next project.
ACOUSTICAL CEILINGS & WALL PANELS
We Install 15/16” and 9/16” ceiling grid systems, 2x4 and 2x2 ceiling panels, fiber, metal or wood ceiling panels, and Tectum or fabric wrapped wall and ceiling sound panels. We can purchase USG, Armstrong, and CertainTeed ceiling materials. No Ceiling project is too large or too small for our skilled workers. We offer free estimates.
EIFS (Exterior Insulation Finish System)
We are the EIFS experts, and Siouxland’s largest EIFS applicator. We are a licensed applicator of DRYVIT and EIFS MD and direct applied finish systems. We can cut, in house, any foam shape you desire to accent your house or building. Our in-house staff can help you with EIFS design, color and EIFS problems. SPRAYED FIREPROOFING
Tri-State Drywall is a licensed applicator of ISOLATEX and CARBOLINE sprayed fireproofing systems and intumescent fireproofing paint. We work in a 200-mile radius of Sioux City, IA.
POURED GYPSUM FLOORS
We have poured Firm Fill products made by Hacker Industries for over 20 years. We are trained in the new acoustical mat technologies and have become experts in pouring over Radiant heat flooring systems.
