OUR HISTORY
TRI-STATE DRYWALL LLC is a locally owned Drywall Construction Company, owned and operated by Jerry Reicks Jr. Jerry has been in the drywall business since he was in his teens working with his Father, Jerry Reicks Sr. who owned and operated TRI-STATE DRYWALL CO in the 1960’s – 1990’s in Sioux City, IA. Jerry takes pride in his work, just as his Father did.
ABOUT US
We offer a federally approved Apprenticeship program. The majority of our employees receive OSHA 10 hour certification classes, with a minimum of 8 extra hours of OSHA continuous education classes yearly for all our foremen and project managers. We have a written safety program with a designated Safety Director. We own and operate our own fleet of company jobsite trucks, lifts, and scaffolding. Many of our workers have 10-20 years of experience in the construction industry.
We are active members in American Wall and Ceilings Industries (AWCI), the American Subcontractors Association (ASA), Master Builders of Iowa (MBI), and the Sioux City Construction League.

Jerry started JARCO in 1975 after graduating with a BS degree from Briar Cliff University. He worked with his father at Tri-State Drywall during the summers to learn the trade and became a proficient framer/hanger. He is an active member in AWCI (Association of Walls Ceilings International), HBA (Home Builders Association), and the Sioux City Chamber of Commerce. He is on the Presidents Council for Briar Cliff University.
He is recently retired from officiating Freestyle and Greco-Roman Wrestling. This took him on twelve different trips overseas to twenty countries and he officiated four USA World Team Trials. He is married and has four children Ahnna, Jerry III, Christopher, and Jonathan.

Jerome grew up in Sioux City. He has been around drywall all his life. Jerome is a Heelan High School Graduate and has a BA in Business Administration. Jerome makes sure the right equipment and materials are on site before our crews start their work. He works closely with project managers, our crews, and the General Contractors. Jerome is on the board of directors for the Home Builders Association of Sioux City. His hobbies include rock climbing, skiing, and bicycling.
Robert Ehlers

Robert is originally from Sioux City. He graduated from North High School, and attended Briar Cliff College.
In his spare time he enjoys deer hunting, and riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle
Rodney Troy Dahlman
Field Superintendent
Rodney is originally from Sioux City. He has over 30 years experience in the construction field. He moved to Dallas,Texas for 11 years, before returning to Sioux City. Rod is married with two children. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.
Kevin
Owens
CFO
Kevin was born on the Air Force Base in Minot ND in 1961, Family settled in Columbus, NE after Dad retired from the Air Force, schooled and graduating Columbus High School in 1979, attended University of Nebraska Lincoln, and graduated Wayne State College in 1985.
He had worked in Construction, Commercial Painting, and as a Welder prior to attending college and worked in the Hospitality Industry, before moving to Sioux City in 1987 to take a job as a banker.
Kevin worked as a Banker for 35 years, handling consumer and commercial lending, retiring in 2022 when he started with JARCO and Tri-State Drywall as their Chief Financial Officer.
Kevin is married to Laura, and she is employed with the Sioux City Community Schools. They have two adult children Anna and Ryan.
Kevin is on the Board of Directors with SERTOMA, SafePlace (formerly CSADV) and Catholic Charities.
Diane
Glover
Office Manager
Diane’s work experience includes computer programing and computer application management. She has worked at Tri-State Drywall for nearly 10 years. Her responsibilities include payroll, accounts payable, bookkeeping and ordering supplies. Diane’s hobbies include boating, 4-wheeling, and camping. Diane is a mother of three daughters and has five grandchildren. She also has an associate’s degree in computer science.

Manager
Dan brings more than 10 years of construction experience with him to Tri-State Drywall. While working at Tri-State Drywall he became an expert in Acoustical Ceilings and EIFS. He was born and raised in NW Iowa. Dan is married and has two boys. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, especially with his amazing granddaughter.
